At 3226m high, Aiguille Rouge is the premier peak in Les Arcs and offers amazing panoramic views of Mont Blanc, Mont Pourri, the Pierra Menta and the Italian Alpine Chain. To get there from Arc 1800, simply take the Transarc Telecabin and ski to the Varet Telecabin and then head straight to the top on the Aiguille Rouge cable car. Les Arcs and the wider Paradiski ski area offer excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions throughout an extended season that lasts from November to April. Every Les Arcs village has good nursery slopes where beginner skiers can find their feet and the extensive network of interconnected blue and red runs is ideal for building your confidence. There are plenty of off-piste opportunities for experienced skiers and snowboarders who are more than satisfied with a dedicated snowpark, wide sweeping runs to cruise along and fresh powder on the higher slopes.

While the resort itself is small and compact there is a surprising amount of things to keep yourself busy for a week.
With suntrap terraces, an incredible mountain meal, toboggan run, bowling alley and swimming pool to name a few. One of the best things about the resort is that nothing is too far to walk. Most residences are only a few minutes walk from each other and all offer doorstep skiing or a very short walk to the slopes. Les Arcs is a fantastically flexible resort for all group sizes and all accommodation standards. With standard accommodation available in room sizes of 2 person studios all the way up to 7 person apartments it’s easy to find a good value place to stay for any multiple of people without having to cover any empty spaces. The way the resort aptly “Arcs” around the piste means the majority of accommodations are within 5 minutes of the slopes, so no long walks for the lifts.
Standard accommodations are in abundance that’s for sure, but even a luxury stay in apartments directly on the piste with pool and spa facilities can be found for a bargain if you get your timing right.
Touch the sky
The Aiguille Rouge is the highest point for miles around so, up here, you’ll really feel like you’re on top of the world. With panoramic views and Mont Blanc out in the distance, it’s the perfect opportunity for a photo shoot. Pictures done, it’s time to take on “The Great Descent”, 2000m of vertical descent in one run all the way down to Villaroger!
Rat Race
One of the scariest but most fun activities in Les Arcs is the toboggan track. The track is 3km long and is absolutely terrifying! You reach speeds close to the speed of sound, or so it feels when you’re in one of their sledges hurtling down underneath the Arpette chairlift. It’s a real laugh and one you should do with your friends or family and see who wins!
Dine and Disco
The mountain meal at L’Arpette is one of the best experiences to be had in the Alps. As après draws to a close you head back inside to the restaurant for a mighty alpine feast with plenty of cheese, meat and wine. Once bellies are full the lights go down and the music goes up for a lively alpine party before the gentle ski back down to resort.
As the largest village and due to its central location, Arc 1800 après-ski is varied and vibrant ̶ whether you want a quiet cosy drink, a lively afternoon with friends enjoying beers and mountain views or a floor-shaking party that lasts until the wee small hours, you’ll find it all here. Chez Bou Bou is in Le Charvet and it has good pub grub, a fine selection of drinks, a friendly atmosphere and table football.
Club 73 is a bijou underground bar where you can dance the night away to a diverse mix of music genres. Fancy dress parties are a speciality and a signature selection of strong shots keeps the energy levels up.
Le Carré was formerly known as Apokalypse or APO ̶ it’s now a little more upmarket than its previous incarnation but still a great place to socialise and dance until the early hours.
Giovanni’s Pub is a great place to kick off your evening ̶ happy hour is between 4-6pm and it showcases live music later into the evening.
Pizz’Attitude
Pizza, for when nothing else will do! They do takeaway for when you can't face the world either! They sometimes deliver if they aren't too busy (which is rare).
Voga Goga
A great restaurant on the slopes right next to the Edenarc residence. They provide the half board for the residence but are also open to the public. They serve from tasty food!

Meli’s
One of the worst-kept secrets among Les Arcs seasonaires! When you've had a hard morning skiing, go and get a Meli's Burger. Trust us!

Chez Boubou
Open from breakfast all the way to last orders, this absolute gem will keep you going with it's awesome DJs and well priced beers! They have a great selection on offer, you should try the 1080...make sure Alex makes it for you ;)

The one with the stairs...you'll get it when you get there! Great venue with club classics playing all night long.
