Choose To Represent
We have a week packed with opportunities for you to have the time of your life; in the mountains. It is for you to choose how you do this and we are not here to parent you. We do however have some ground rules as well as requests.
THE 5 GROUND RULES:
1- Protect | 2- Represent | 3- Be Kind | 4- Care | 5- Respect Recycle
To be here, is to be part of something special. You have paid a chunk to be on this holiday so let’s not ruin it! We are here to provide you with a place to have fun and a space to live your best lives. We ask you to have fun, be kind and open-minded to new adventures as this is what makes snowsports so special. But it only works if you guys follow a few basic rules:
1- Protecting the supply chain so that you can have a good time
The supply chain that supports the trips you are about to embark on have suffered from the consequences of poor behaviour in the recent past (accommodations, local businesses and authorities). The bottom line is that if things do not improve, large group operations such as what we do, will cease to exist and no one wants this.
Listen to requests from those who are hosting you or from whose home you are visiting - if an accommodation provider asks you to put rubbish in a certain place, follow their request. If a local authority asks you explicitly not to do something, don’t do it. You would not expect someone to disregard your rules, so repay the gesture.
2- Leave any “Lads (sorry Lads) on Tour” energy at home!
Our events are a place to totally be yourself and have an amazing time with amazing people. We want you to feel fun, safe and let the good times roll. Any tacky or inappropriate behaviour changes the dynamic and also does not achieve our mission of restoring the local’s faith in tourists so LEAVE IT AT HOME. We watch this very closely, and you will not be welcome if we see it.
We want to make a change and we want to encourage all of our passengers to truly consider how they represent themselves and the group; to act in a way which represents good values and to curb any loutish or disrespectful conduct, preserving what is currently possible for many years to come.
3- Be kind:
We would love you to leave your week with new friends for life. The goal is to grow the snowsports generation with genuine memories and connections.
4- Look after each other:
We appreciate you watching out for your fellow trip members and helping ensure their safety if they’ve had one too many. If you are going to party, do so sensibly.
5- Respect. Recycle:
No explanation needed. Respect everyone. Recycle everything.
We are a group of great human beings (if we do say so ourselves) and although we love to party, we ALWAYS remain respectful. Be respectful to the locals, the area and to each other.
Thank you for helping us set a tone and reputation we can all be proud of.
